Appeal
for Donation for the Quranic Madrassahs in Dodoma:
1- Almost
all the Madrassahs are run in mud houses and require major
rehabilitations and repairs. During rainy seasons roofs are leaking and
students fail to attend the classes. A bag of Cement costs approximately
T.Shs. 17,000/- while a C.I. Sheet of 3 mts. long cost T.Shs. 7500/-.
Help towards the above is highly appreciated by the Madrassahs.
2- Majority
of the madrassahs also lack carpets or mats to sit on and the students
either sit on bare floors or on worn out mats. A durable plastic mat of
2x5 mts. would cost almost T.Shs. 24,500/-
3- Other
problem faced is lack of enough copies of Qaidah Baghdadiyah, Juzu Ammah,
Arabic Text Books, Holy Quran and stationeries.
4- In
Dodoma city, there are many churches and very church (not less than
fifty) runs Nursery School and provides packets of food to every pupil
every weekend in addition to free education, uniforms and books. Due to
poverty, hundreds of Muslim parents are attracted towards churches and
send their children to these Missionary run Nursery Schools.
5- Apart
from strengthening the ‘Union of Madrassahs in Dodoma’, we intend to get
5000 sponsorers worldwide who can sponsor 5000 Destitute Dodoma Muslim
children by paying only US$ 5/- a month or US$ 60/- a year. With US$ 5/-
a month, the sponsorer can provide a Muslim child with School fees,
uniform, books and stationeries cost, from Nursery to Primary School
level until standard seven, in addition to food packets to the family
every month.
6-
To encourage learning the Quran, we organise 3 competitions on Mashaf
and Juzu level every year. In this competition, the winners are awarded
handsomely with all the participants given a token prize. The cost for
one such competition is approximately USD 500/-, thus it comes to USD
1500/- per year.

to help us educate our Muslim Children and provide them with descent,
prosperous and respectful life in this world and the hereafter by saving
them from unislamic and unethical norms. Amin.
