To produce morally upright,
highly responsible, aware and educated teachers who on their part will
strive hard to teach with sacrifice and full dedication to establish a
God-conscious, peaceful, justice-loving, and educated community; by
eradicating the three major enemies of the society, namely "The Three
Evil ‘I’s: Ignorance, Injustice and Immorality".
MOTTO: Let us "Learn, Implement and Teach

BRIEF INFORMATION |

DAR-UL-MUSLIMEEN TEACHERS' TRAINING COLLEGE
provides DIPLOMA IN EDUCATION in Teachers'
Training Course.
A golden opportunity for those who
wish to aspire to be TEACHERS.
Teaching is a noble profession which
possesses a high academic and social values with great financial gains.
It provides Teachers' Training
Course for DIPLOMA IN EDUCATION in all Arts Subjects as per the laid
down curriculum by the Ministry of Education in Tanzania.
The subjects offered are: Teaching
methods in History, Geography, English, Kiswahili, Islamic Knowledge,
and Mathematics. Science subjects shall be introduced soon.
The Education subjects offered are:
Education Psychology, Methodology, Curriculum, Evaluation, Foundation of
Education and Teaching.
It is a Day Center, but boarding can
be arranged by individual negotiation with the Administration.
Duration of the Diploma course is
TWO years. The Academic Year starts in July of each year.
AWARD:
After the successful completion of two years, the
students sit in the Final National Exams prepared by the "National
Examination Council of Tanzania" and awarded by the same.
FEES:
Course Fees is T.Shs.
................. per year
(excluding exam, learning materials or any other special arrangement
fees).
The fees is payable in two installments of T.Shs.
................... per term of six months.
Special "Fees Loan Scheme" has been arranged for
qualified candidates with religious and moral background. For details

ENTRY QUALIFICATION:
Form six leavers with
"Advanced Certificate" of two principal passes in any two of the above
subjects.
Form six leavers without the
above qualification would be given special "Private Tuition" in the
above subjects to qualify for the course.
Form four leavers who aspire
to qualify for the entry in the above course, shall be given "Private
Tuition" in the above subjects as to achieve "Advanced Certificate" in
the shortest time possible, and qualify for the entry.
