• I have fully understood the Entry Conditions of the above course as mentioned in the Registration Form, and abide myself to it in full.

• I understand that any flaw in my part in fulfilling the conditions mentioned in the Entry Form will immediately disqualify me from the "Fees Loan Scheme" as well as from the course, and I would be entitled to pay all the fees and expenses incurred by the center on my behalf.

• In the event of failing to repay the loan, I would be required to work at "Dar-ul-Muslimeen Education Center" in any type of job, salary and duration as deemed fit by the center, in order to compensate for the fees loan and any other expenses incurred by the center on behalf of me.

• The Center has all the right to prosecute me and take any legal actions in order to retrieve the full amount of the loan and all the expenses incurred in the prosecution of the court proceedings.
